Kristen Bissontz
Kristen Bissontz enjoys helping others achieve. With Kristen’s background in teaching and her experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she has inspired students, sales professionals and managers alike to excel in their personal and professional lives.
She has had the privilege of leading several diverse teams as a District Sales Manager for a major pharmaceutical company. Prior to that, she had developed and trained hundreds of sales professionals, created instructional platforms, and fostered an environment of continued learning. Kristen also received many awards for sales growth in her territory.
Kristen graduated from Miami University with a teaching degree and has completed post-graduate work at Indiana University’s School of Business. She has spent the last 16 years wearing many different hats in her personal and professional life: teacher, leader, coach, developmental specialist, communicator, volunteer, writer, sales specialist, world traveler, wife and mother.
