Attendees will learn about the principles of maximizing workflow relating to reducing rework, bottlenecks, and improving process quality.
This webinar will also focus on process waste identification and how to create a lean flow within a core HME business process. The importance of creating process-level dashboards will also be discussed along with tips for creating dashboards with relevant process-level metrics.
